I am so sorry for your tremendous loss. I have so many fond memories of time spend at Darlene and Pats with you guys from New Years Eve, bbq and family celebrations. Roger would light up when asked about Beckett and loved to tell about their time in Calgary and FaceTime calls with Beckett. He was very proud of you Glenn. I did my first work term with Memorial University (Technic services) in the summer of 2014 and first met Roger. He was very supportive and a great mentor to learn from. We remained friends afterwards, sharing a passion for hockey (although he was a leafs fan lol)
The Thursday lunches were always a treat when Rog was able to make it and I was lucky enough to get to play a few rounds of golf with him.
My sincere condolences to the family. Roger was a great friend to all. I am very saddened to read of his passing, may he RIP.

Barb, Glen and family. So sorry to hear of Rogers passing, my deepest sympathies. I played hockey with Roger for many years and many of us would joke about how you couldn’t get around Roger without getting a hook. One Friday at St Bons I managed to get around Roger when suddenly a stick blade came down over the front of my shoulder pulling me backwards and onto the ice. I got up and said Roge you hooked me! He said yes with a hearty laugh and grabbed my arm. Then he said but I didn’t mean to do it that bad and we both had a good laugh about it.
