It is with heavy hearts we announce our lives have changed forever by the sudden passing of our amazing Husband, Dad, Grandfather, Uncle, Brother, Friend, Co-worker, Cousin, mentor, and fellow hockey player. Predeceased by his Mother: Elizabeth Noseworthy, Father: Kevin Noseworthy, his mother in law: Marina Collier, father in law : Dougald Wells, best friend: Duane Hutchings. Left with loving memories and cherished times are his wife of 34 years: Debbie, Sons: Michael (Ashley), Tyler (Julie) and Jarod (Chelsea), Grandchildren: Lyla, Regan, Clark and Anna, Step Mother: Sylvia, Siblings: Daphne(Robert), Debbie (Paul), Perry (Ruby), and Krista (Mark), Brother-in Law: Sean (Cathy), Sister-in-law Laurie (Danny), Step Mother-in-Law: Doris Wells, very special cousin: Don Noseworthy and Fur baby: RJ who he loved so much.

He met the love of his life 39 years ago, and in those years Kevin and Debbie did so much and overcame a lot of obstacles. Their most proud achievement was raising his 3 boys who he loved so dearly. Kevin loved to be involved in his boys sports as they grew, from coaching Mike in baseball to coaching Tyler and Jarod in minor hockey.

Kevin started his career as a journeyman electrician where he worked all over the world. In 2001 Kevin joined the College of the North Atlantic as an instructor. Kevin took a lot of pride in being a teacher and a mentor to his students. Many years after when he would reconnect with them he was always so happy to see how they grew in their own careers as electricians.

In 2007 Kevin took an opportunity to teach at the College of the North Atlantic in Doha, Qatar. He moved to the Middle East with his wife and 2 young boys where they made lifelong friends and travelled the world. In 2011 they moved back to Newfoundland where he continued to work at the Seal Cove Campus until he retired in 2023.

One of Kevin’s biggest passions was hockey. He loved to coach minor hockey in CBS and play rec hockey with all of his closest buddies. His other passion was being in the outdoors. He loved berry picking, moose hunting, trouting with his best buddy Herb, and most of all cod fishing with Debbie. He loved to tinker around in his garage, planting vegetables and growing things in his greenhouse. Most of all he loved to be around his boys: Michael, Tyler and Jarod and his fur baby RJ (who could do no wrong in his eyes). He loved to play the guitar, and watch Hockey on TV. His favorite team was the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Kevin had 4 beautiful grandchildren that he loved so very much. Whenever they were around Kevin would light up instantly. They shared a lot of good memories together that they will carry the rest of their lives.

Kevin and Debbie had a love for each other that was unconditional. They did so many things together and were completely inseparable – where you seen one of them you were sure to see the other. They bought an old house in Sibleys Cove in which the renovated it entirely during Covid and it was their haven. They made great friends there and they couldn’t wait for the weekends so they could go spend time with them. They turned that house into a beautiful loving home for friends and family to visit. Kevin worked very hard on that house under Debbie’s supervision of course. That is where Kevin passed and although it was far too soon there was no better place to leave this world than where he was, continuing to work on the house that they loved.

Kevin had a love for Debbie that couldn’t be explained, he loved her so very much. He was always by her side through happy, sad, and devastating times. He always said “yes” to her no matter what the circumstances were and would never say “no” – he always made sure she was happy. They did everything together. Their love for adventures and quiet times together will never be forgotten. Kevin was Debbie’s rock and will always be with her.

Kevin left this world way too soon, but he has left such an impression on so many people in this big world. He had a beautiful smile, generous soul, good sense of humor, larger than life stature, easy going demeanor, and was always such a positive person.

Even though Kevin’s life was cut too short his legacy continues on through his 3 boys and everyone who he has touched. Kevin was a realist and we know that he doesn’t feel sorry for himself. “It is what it is” he would always say but one thing that he would want for sure is for us all to heal and move through this hard time together.
