It is with deep sorrow and profound sadness, that we mourn the sudden passing of Dennis Eason Jr., of Conception Bay South, on the 28th day of April 2023, at the age of 46 years.

Dennis was a protector. He was a true hero devoting many years of his life to the Canadian Armed Forces as a member of the PPCLI- 3rd Battalion.

He was passionate in what he believed in. He loved golf, hockey, and soccer.  He will be remembered as a devoted Dad, for his kind heart, work ethic, athletic ability, and involvement and contribution to his community and country.

Dennis is predeceased by his grandparents: Walter and Belinda Morgan & Oswald and Rita Eason.

Leaving to mourn are his children: Isaac and Kenna who were his world, along with their mother: Kylie; his parents: Dennis Sr. and Jessie (nee Morgan), siblings: Dave Eason (Lori), Karen Norman (Rudy); and his nieces and nephews: Danielle, Ryan, Brent, Brooke, Matt, Quinn and Bella.

The family wishes to acknowledge his longtime friend, Mike “Jigger” Dwyer who Dennis always considered like his family. Also leaving to mourn his dear friend, Miriam McLaughlin of New Brunswick.

He will also be dearly missed by a large circle of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, extended family and colleagues.

Visitation in Hickey’s Funeral Home, 570 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Bay South on Tuesday, May 16th, 2023, from 1-8 pm.
