Obituary of Albert George Barnes

Barnes, Albert (Bert) Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Health Sciences Center on Wed.Nov. 18th, Bert Barnes of Topsail aged 86 retired employee of CNR. Predeceased by infant son, Edgar.Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories Olga, his devoted wife of 63 years. His children Joyce Howe(Spencer) , Linton (Olga) , Ann Barrett (Howard) , Lloyd (Margaret) , Albert (Sandra) , Mary Dawe (Terry) , Shirley Tobin and Michael ,23 grandchildren , 11 great-grandchildren , a large circle of relatives and friends especially the Golden Age Seniors Club,CBS.At his request , cremation has taken place. Visitation at Hickey's Funeral Home Kelligrews, Friday 2-4 and 7-9.Funeral Service to take place Sat. Nov 21st at 11 am at St.John the Evangelist, Topsail.Inurnment to follow. No flowers by request.
