Sorry to hear of your loss of phone passing.We have lots of memories of phone working at Salmonier Nature Park. We sheared lots of fun and great laughs with him(you didn't knew what he was gonna say) he will be missed for sure. RIP my buddy
As a young Jerry wall I spent good times with Phonse . Cutting wood or in with the dogs .Ive always looked up to him . He was always fun to be around . Anyways this one day we were in at the end of topsail pond rd . His dog Kelly I believe her name was . Was on a rabbit and sounded like she was over by octagon pond . We were there chatting away and Phonse was having a smoke and enjoying the day . He loved in there and was one of the best in there . Anyways I seen a shrew run across in front of me . The next thing you know that bugger ran up my one piece insulated coveralls . Well pieces of my cloths were coming of in a hurry .. Right down to my underwear . Phonse was in the fits laughing at me . He looks up at me and says . You be all right young fella wth a big dirty grin on his face . Lol I can see him like it was yesterday .. So happy to have great memories with him .. He was always so good to us.. Rest easy and appreciate the time I spent with you and Cyril the day I was in nfld in the garden . Wish I had of gotten a picture .. Rip
Loretta and Family, I am so very sorry to learn of phonse's passing. I have many fond memories of Phonse from working together at Salmonier Nature Park. While for only a brief time, we shared a lot of great laughs together. My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.
So sorry to learn of Phonse's passing. Linda and I will miss talking to him on our walks around Topsail Pond. I remember his Parent's, the Store and O'Brien boys from the summers I spent at Topsail Pond in my youth. Please accept our deepest sympathies and condolences at this most difficult time.
