Norma, Allan, Calvin, Catherine, Barbara, Pauline, and Lori We wish to offer our sincere sympathy to you and your families on the passing of such a wonderful husband, brother, father, grandfather and friend. The Ball family has been part of my family since the early sixties when Allan married into our family. Gib was part of a wonderful family and a great person. Norma,Peter & Tim & all the Ball Families We were so saddened to hear of Gib's Passing,but he is rejoicing in the presence of the Lord now.No longer in Pain & Suffering but made over anew. We knew Gib's Parents & some of his Siblings, they truly have been such a blessing & inspiration to us in times past.We have many Memories of you both with Peter in Peterborough at EPBC together in the 70's. Norma, Peter,Krista, Tim and family Sending our love and prayers as you mourn the loss of your husband and Dad. We were shocked to learn of Gib's sudden illness and saddened to hear that he had passed away. Gib was a larger than life gentle man with an endearing personality and zest for life. Our paths crossed when you both became our Pastors in the early 80's, and happened to also be our next door neighbors. We shared many wonderful times together with lots of laughter! I remember Gib's particular delight when he discovered that the boat Sherman had purchased was one he had helped build in Lab. City! Our hearts are broken for you and can only imagine the huge hole his passing has left in your lives. Cherish the many memories you have and take comfort in the fact that Gib has reached the goal for which he lived, and is waiting for a wonderful reunion in the land that is fairer than day.May you take comfort from your precious memories and rest in the peace that passes understanding. Norma, Tim, Peter and the Ball Family We are still kinda a little numb trying to accept Gib's sickness and now his passing . We have so many great memories of growing up , in the same youth group ,school and town . Then in recent years we reflect on all the great times we had together in St John's. He will be missed ! We know this is your great loss but heavens gain! Sorry we cannot be with you at this time but be assured of our thoughts and prayers.
