Sorry to hear of Elsie's passing. I got to know her well back in 1972 when I first started working at Social Services, my first real job. She was such a pleasant person with a smile that could light up a room. For some years after I moved back home to work I would go back to the Confederation Building to visit my former co-workers. It was always a joy to visit them, most of which were much older than I, and we would always reminise about the times we worked together. We kept in contact every year by exchanging Christmas Cards. I will always remember her as a special friend. Another gentle soul gone to rest. May Elsie rest in peace. God Bless
