To the family of the late Cecil Atwood: We are saddened to hear of Cecil's passing; and, we send you our deepest condolences at this time of great loss. We have many fond memories of Cecil from the many years we lived in the beautiful, idyllic sea-side town of Brookfield. Cecil always impressed us with his affable and polite personalty; he made everyone feel at ease in his presence; and, he was a genuinely decent and trustworthy gentleman. If you see some extra stars out , it's probably Cec fixing the wireing on them or putting in new bulbs .....
