Sending my deepest condolences to Jessie's family, friends, caregivers and residents of Tobin's Guest Home. Jessie was a very tiny lady who had a huge vibrant presence at Tobin's. She was very kind, thoughtful and generous; especially to my sister, Hilda. I know she enjoyed having fun, parties, playing cards, and shopping. May all the fond memories of Jessie help console everyone during the difficult days ahead. Jessie may you rest in peace. Amen.
