Obituary of Ida Hibbs
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of loving and devoted Wife, Mother and Grandma, Ida Elizabeth Hibbs (nee Butler) on May 21st, 2024, originally from Long Pond, Newfoundland. Ida passed surrounded by her loving family in her 85th year.
Leaving to mourn her loving husband and best friend of 60 years, Gerald. Her daughters Heather (Jim), Elizabeth (Steve), and son Fred (Kris). Also, the pride and joy of her life, her Grandchildren Alec, Kristen, Leah, Owen, and Avery. She also leaves to mourn sister Muriel Day and brother Clarence Butler. She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and family members who remember her fondly.
