Obituary of Lois A. Morgan
Morgan, Lois A. (Tilley)
June 28, 1947 - October 13, 2023
It’s incredibly difficult to sum up the impact and influence someone has on your life. Mom was the most beautiful light of all of our lives.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and dear friend, Lois A. Morgan of Conception Bay South, aged 76 years, in the presence of her loving family at HSC, St. John’s, NL., on October 13, 2023.
Lois was affectionately known as ‘Loss’ to her closest friends and family.
Mom loved everyone. Mom welcomed everyone. She always had a smile for you when you met or perhaps say something funny to make you laugh. She was always up for a party or to have a get together, she loved to dance! It didn’t matter who with, when she heard a song that she could jive to, she was up. She enjoyed playing in her dart league weekly and would never miss a night. Most of all she loved her family. Mom had a fierce love for her family and was always there when we needed her. She would be the last call at night to make sure we all had everything we needed or were all home safely for the night.
Lois is predeceased by her parents, Rendall & Evelyn Tilley, brother Raymond, sister Betty, father and mother in-law, Bertram & Annie, brothers-in-law, Clayton, Rodney, & Sidney. Sister-in-law, Barbara.
Left with very fond and loving memories, husband Robin. Children; Roxanne (Jeff), Clayton (Karyn). Grandchildren; Jarret, Annie, Elizabeth, Emma & Benjamin. Sisters; Eleanor, Olga, Joan (Herb), Sandra & Brenda (Jack). Sister-in-laws; Yvonne, Elaine (Cyril Duggan), Dallas, Genevieve. Brothers-in-law; Wayne (Florence), Bill, Jack (Brenda). As well as many other family, friends and dart buddies. She will be greatly missed by all.
