My deepest condolences to all family and friends. I first met Marion about ten years ago while she was still residing in CBS. I would visit her in company with my Aunt, Yolanda. Back then I had recently moved to St. John's from far around the bay to attend the University. Being a long way from home for the first time I found great comfort and joy in those visits. Marion would always make us feel so at home. She was so welcoming, and so kind. I would often bring along my guitar and sing for her traditional Newfoundland music and hymns. She loved it. All three of us enjoyed it. One of the fondest memories I have from more recent years was during her stay at St. Pat's. Yolanda and I visited and the three of us ran some errands and went to supper together. We returned to St. Pat's later that day and shared some laughter and music. It was lovely. Although It brings tears to my eyes to think about it now, I am grateful for the memories and so thankful to have had the pleasure to know Marion.
My deepest condolences to all of her family and friends,
Dillon
