Obituary of Mabel Fleming nee Kavanagh

Fleming Mabel (nee Kavanagh) April 15, 1911 - January 20, 2013 Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick's Mercy Home on Sunday, January 20, 2013 of Manuel's, formerly of Bell Island, in her 102nd year. Predeceased by husband Stan, son Patrick, grandson David, brothers Thomas, James, Ronald, William, Jack and Joseph, sisters Bridget, Rita, Agnes, Margaret and Mary. Leaving to mourn two sons Stan (Joy), Raymond (Margaret), one daughter Maureen (Max), four grandchildren Stephanie (Roy), Andrea (Mark), Evan (Melissa) and Jennifer, one great-grandson Stanislaus, one sister Christina Ballard, one sister-in-law Monica Fleming. Also a large circle of nieces, nephews and friends especially her " Bingo Buddies." Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Monday from 7 - 9 pm, Tuesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm. Funeral Mass to take place on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 11:30 am at St. Thomas of Villa Nova Church, Manuel's. Interment in the R.C. Cemetery, Topsail.
