Passed away in Moncton, NB on December 5, 2019, age 49 years. Left with fond and loving memories his mother and father, Bernadette and Ray Hobbs, brothers Danny (Sandra) and their children and Christopher, special friend Derrick, New Brunswick. Also aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention. Visitation will take place in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Tuesday, December 10 from 4 pm - 8 pm. Funeral Service will take place from the James J. Hickey Memorial Chapel, Kelligrews on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 11 am with Fr. Cosmos officiating. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount. Flowers accepted or donations in Richard’s memory may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
