To the entire Foote Family from the Dawe Family in Edmonton, Alberta; Sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Foote. I remember him attending every one of my friend and classmate Dale's functions...whether it be a soccer game, a J.T.C. function, or a C.B.S. Music School function. Mr. Foote may be the only man I ever met, that I never heard curse or swear. He was a true gentleman, and shall be dearly missed.

Daphne and Bob, So sorry to hear of your father's death, Daphne. Losing a parent is always a jarring experience even if he/she has been graced with a long life. May God bless you all with His peace and consolation during these sad days, and may your dad rejoice forever in the eternal home reserved for God's faithful. Love and prayers, Alison and Martin

TO:Aunt Lucy and all the family. We were shocked and sadden to hear that dear Uncle Max had passed away. He was truly loved and will be sadly missed by you, your family and all that who had the pleasure of knowing him. During my trips to Newfoundland I very much look forward to my visits with you and Uncle Max. The many challenging games of Rook and interesting family stories. We pray that God will comfort you during this time of sadness. You are all blessed with many wonderful memories to reflect on, which will help bring smiles instead of tears into your lives. With much affection and love, God Bless Joan and Len

Uncle Max came to visit with his son Lloyd in 1986. He came to visit his oldest brother Cecil. Cecil left Lamaline when Uncle Max was about five years old never to return. They arrived in Boston, Ma. airport. I asked Uncle Max if he would like to see Boston. No, his first thought was to see his brother Cecil(my father His brother Frank Foote lived near by as well. We had family gathering and everyone fell in love immediately. I am sure everyone agrees. I have a great nephew named after him. The next visit was our drive to New York to see Aunt Jessie. I did the driving. Uncle Max spoke to me about the speed limit. I told him I couldn't go the speed limit because the other drivers would drive over me. Cousin Donald Brenton took us to New York City. We visited the World Trade Center and other sights. A birthday celebration took place for Uncle Max and Aunt Jessie. Cake, good food, drink and of course cards! This is one of my most treasure memories of Uncle Max. I know he treasure it as well. All the brothers and sisters are now together. Wow that must be a wild game of cards! Uncle Max I will miss forever. He will be sorely miss. God Bless ever one who knew and love him many hearts are aching.
