Dawe, Byron B. Promoted to Glory on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at the Hoyles- Escasoni Complex, age 88 yrs of Long Pond. Predeceased by his wife Alice (2009). Leaving to mourn his children Ruby Kennedy (Edgar), Barbara Wiscombe (Steve), Byron Jr. (Elizabeth), Donetta Neil (Wade), Herb (Jackie), Cathy Anstey (Sheldon), 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law Phyllis Dawe and Flo Eason. Also nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Thursday and Friday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm. Funeral service in the Salvation Army Corps, Long Pond on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at 11 am. Interment in the Salvation Army Cemetery, Long Pond.
