Aww..love this picture. I have known Francie a lifetime and over the years I have so many fond memories of visits with him. Although, most times he would "roar n' bawl" at me on the inside he was a real softie. There was always an offer of a peppermint knob or a tin of coke from the fridge for you to take. How many times would he ask me if I wanted a cat. You were always sure of hearing a story from days gone by and we would always share a laugh. I was so very sad to hear of Francie's recent illness and am so sorry to hear of his passing. The world is a less "colorful place" without him in it.
