I met Bobby in 1988 when he first started dating my mother Glenys. He, Mom and Uncle Wayne came to the airport to pick me up at the airport after finishing my first year of journalism college. I thought he was a hard ticket, not in a bad way. After spending the next 24 years with him in my life I came to the conclusion that my earlier assumption was in fact correct. He worked hard, lived hard and loved hard. He treated me like his daughter and I treated him like my Dad. I loved him dearly and I will certainly miss him.
