Obituary of Charles Sparkes

Charles Leslie Sparkes Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Complex surrounded by his loving family and friends on May 8, 2019, age 99 years of Sibley's Cove. Predeceased by father and mother James and Emily Sparkes, wife Belle and brothers, sisters. Left with fond and loving memories sister June MacDonald, special friend and confidant Betty, sons Scott and Troy., sister-in-law Lillian Sparkes and her son Kerry. Also a large circle of other family and friends. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Thursday from 2 pm - 4 pm & 7 pm - 9 pm. Funeral service will take place from the James J. Hickey Memorial Chapel, Kelligrews on Friday May 10, 2019 at 10 am. Visitation will resume at Hopkins Funeral Home in Old Perlican on Friday from 2 pm - 4 pm & 7 pm - 9 pm. Funeral service will take place from Hopkins Memorial Chapel on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 2 pm. Inurnment in Bethel United Cemetery, Sibley's Cove.
