Jose was not just my brother in law , he was like a son to me. I first met him when he was 10 yrs old, in Portugal, his nieces were not that much younger, so where I went Jose went too. He was so funny and had a heart of gold. He loved to cook, one day we were in his mothers kitchen making whipped cream. Well, cream was made and I put it on top of the fridge, little did I know it was really on the top only half way, well, opened the door and down it came, hit the floor, and splattered us and the kitchen full of whipped cream,,, oh my. , we just laughed and laughed and Jose said, there you go, you have whipped cream... it was so funny, that is just one of the moments of our life, there are a thousand more, Tony and I are going to miss Jose more than words can tell. RIP ZE. until we meet again.
