My Nanny was the best one ever. She gave the best back scratches and when Poppy used to torment you'd hear "Doug, let her alone would ya!" coming from the kitchen. She taught me so much. I loved talking to her on the phone and making her laugh with my silly little jokes. Then she'd make me laugh by telling me how the only way to "shut cha up" when she babysat was to take me for drive, and then she'd remind me that no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't hatch an egg in her kitchen. haha :) I love you Nanny Slubbs and even though I can't be there to say goodbye to you, know that I am there in heart and soul. I loves you so so much and I know that you are having a blast up in Heaven with Poppy and Bru. I'll be down here telling everyone how wonderful you are. I am proud to carry on your name.
